Assessment & Treatment
Your session begins with a movement assessment — we identify what's driving your pain before treatment starts. Then targeted bodywork begins in the same session.
Your Plan
After your first session, we'll discuss what was identified, what treatment addressed and what the recommended next steps look like. Clear plan, no guessing.

Start with the Initial Assessment & Treatment ($175, 90 min). This allows us to understand what's going on and begin treatment straight away — you don't need to come back multiple times just to identify the issue.
No. That's exactly what the initial session is for. Just describe what you're experiencing and we'll figure out the rest together.
It depends on the issue and how your body responds. Many clients notice meaningful change within 2–4 sessions. After your initial assessment, we'll discuss what a realistic plan looks like for your specific situation.
No. This is targeted bodywork focused on reducing tension and improving movement. Sessions are structured around assessment and treatment — not relaxation. That said, most clients leave feeling significantly better than they expected.
In most cases, yes. We adapt treatment around your lifestyle and load. After your initial assessment we can discuss how to manage training or work activity alongside treatment.
24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) incur 50% of the session fee. No-shows incur the full fee. We understand emergencies happen — contact us as early as possible.
Yes. Pregnancy bodywork is adapted for safety and comfort at every trimester. All trimesters welcome. Postnatal care is also available from approximately 4–6 weeks post-birth.
Seabreeze is a women-focused practice. Male clients are seen by trusted referral only — where an existing client refers their partner. Contact us to discuss.
