Cliniko stores and processes your booking and health information in accordance with their own privacy policy. Cliniko is hosted in Australia and complies with Australian privacy law. Google Analytics: This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This tool collects anonymised data such as page views, session duration and traffic sources. Email communications: If you subscribe to updates or communications, your email address may be stored in Resend. You can unsubscribe at any time.

How Long?

How long we keep your information.

Health and treatment records are retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date of your last consultation, in accordance with Queensland health records legislation. For clients under 18, records are retained until they turn 25.

Booking and contact information is retained for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations.

Website analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's data retention policies.

Results vary between individuals. Multiple sessions may be recommended. Mild post-treatment soreness in the 24–48 hours following a session is normal.

Treatment is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or care. If you have a serious, ongoing or undiagnosed condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before booking.
