Bookings.
All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system or agreed method.
New clients.
New clients are required to book an Initial Assessment & First Treatment to allow proper assessment and treatment planning.
Payments.
Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately after your session, depending on the booking method.
Cancellations and rescheduling.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee.
Health information.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information relevant to treatment.
This ensures treatment can be performed safely and appropriately.
Treatment expectations.
Bodywork is focused on improving movement, reducing tension and addressing underlying patterns.
Results may vary depending on the individual, and multiple sessions may be recommended.
Not a substitute for medical care.
Treatment is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or care.
If you have a serious or ongoing condition, you should consult a qualified healthcare provider.
Right to refuse treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
