Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all bookings and services provided by Seabreeze Bodywork & Massage (operated by Sid Biggs, ABN: 84 139 768 035, 20 Aquila Court, Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast QLD 4218).
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Bookings.
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system (Cliniko) or by arrangement.
Bookings are confirmed once payment has been processed or a confirmation message has been received.
New clients.
New clients must book an Initial Assessment & Treatment as their first session. This allows for a full movement assessment and treatment plan to be established before follow-up sessions are scheduled.
Client eligibility.
Seabreeze Bodywork & Massage is a women-focused practice. Treatment of male clients is available by trusted referral only — specifically, where an existing client refers their partner. This is at the sole discretion of the practitioner.
Pricing.
Session pricing is displayed on the booking page and is subject to change with reasonable notice.
Current pricing:
- Initial Assessment & Treatment (90 min): $175
- Follow-up Treatment (60 min): $120
- Extended Session (120 min): $220
Payment.
Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately following your session, depending on the booking method.
Accepted payment methods: EFTPOS, credit/debit card, cash.
Cancellations and rescheduling.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): 50% of the session fee will be charged.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice): 100% of the session fee will be charged.
We understand emergencies occur. Fees may be waived at the practitioner's discretion in genuine circumstances, communicated promptly.

Late arrivals.
If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time. The full session fee applies. Please allow adequate travel time.
Consent to treatment.
By booking a session, you consent to the assessment and treatment approach used at Seabreeze Bodywork & Massage, which includes physical touch, movement assessment and soft tissue treatment techniques (deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy).
You may withdraw consent at any time during treatment by communicating this to the practitioner. Treatment will stop immediately.
Health information.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information before and during treatment. This includes current medical conditions, medications, pregnancy status, and any recent injuries or procedures.
Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety or appropriateness of treatment. Seabreeze Bodywork & Massage accepts no liability for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete health disclosure.
Treatment expectations.
Bodywork at Seabreeze is focused on improving movement, reducing tension and addressing underlying causes of pain.
Results vary between individuals. Multiple sessions may be recommended. Mild post-treatment soreness in the 24–48 hours following a session is normal.
Treatment is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or care. If you have a serious, ongoing or undiagnosed condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before booking.
Right to decline or discontinue treatment.
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment at any time if it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or if these terms have not been complied with. In such cases, a pro-rata refund will be provided where applicable.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by Australian consumer law, Seabreeze Bodywork & Massage's liability for any loss or damage arising from treatment is limited to the cost of the session in question.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Photography and consent.
Photographs or videos of treatment sessions will only be taken with your explicit written consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Privacy.
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.seabreezebodywork.com.au/privacy-policy.
Changes to terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
